GSatTrack for your Customers: Introduction

Building Business To Business (B2B) Relationships

GSE provides products and services to a whole host of people, companies, and organizations. Some of our most beneficial relationships have come from B2B activity. Many of these businesses combine the products and services that GSE provides with their own to enhance their clients' experiences. This model has proven effective time and again for GSE, the business partners we work with, and the clients they serve. Everyone wins as a result.

Series Overview

Since GSE loves finding new opportunities to partner with other businesses, it only makes sense to highlight a blog series focusing on resellers and selling partners. GSE defines resellers as businesses who market our products directly to their customers, or those who combine our products and services with theirs, and then sell that package to their clients. This model allows both companies to build upon each other's strengths for the benefit of the client. The versatility of our GSatTrack platform makes it super easy for companies to integrate our platform into their telematics solution. This series will highlight key features of GSatTrack that can be a major benefit to resellers and their clients.

GSatTrack for your Customers

GSatTrack is an extremely powerful and versatile telematics visualization portal that can ingest data from countless devices, software suites, and data sources. This allows our resellers to offer complex and diversified mixes of hardware to satisfy their clients' data collection needs without those clients being forced to log into multiple software services to retrieve their data.

Hardware Manufacturers

Many hardware manufacturers are feeling the pressure to include telematics support for tools, heavy machinery, and other devices that can be part of the internet of things. The reality is that most hardware products will, at some point in the near future, have some form of connectivity, intelligence, and tracking capabilities embedded in them. Manufacturers of these types of products have been working to develop their own digital components, or to integrate modular products like the GSatMicro OEM. When it comes to the software to support them, however, they realize the cost problems that come with supporting both hardware and software development in-house. Partnering with GSE to integrate those products with GSatTrack as the data visualization portal is the ideal solution that allows partners to focus on their core competencies.

Marketing Organizations

There are a number of organizations that don't manufacture any products, but rather specialize in understanding the volumes and catalogs of products that are available in the market, and then building custom solutions for their clients that involve the use of multiple manufacturers' hardware and software suites. GSatTrack is already capable of receiving data from almost every satellite product on the market, and has the API capabilities necessary to integrate new hardware or other data sources quickly and seamlessly. This series will also address the reasons our own marketing resale partners have had such a tremendous amount of success offering GSatTrack as part of an off-the-shelf solution to their clients.

White-labeled Solutions

For manufacturers or marketing partners that require in-house solutions for brand trust purposes, GSatTrack can be white labeled and deployed as a stand-alone product while still receiving the growth and development efforts from GSE's engineering team. GSatTrack, in fact, is already developing a reputation for being the go-to platform for white-labeled telematics visualization, particularly in the satellite space. A rather significant portion of the users on all GSatTrack products are on GSatTrack white labeled solutions.

Series Roadmap

This article series will consist of a number of articles that provide a detailed explanation of the value GSatTrack provides to end users, and the problems those customers can solve. Here is a preview of the topics we will focus on, which will become a link bay as these articles are published. Bookmark this one to keep track of all of them.

  1. Map controls and key features of GSatTrack
  2. Asset Management - tracking multiple assets and asset groups
  3. Journeys - segments of an asset’s reporting history
  4. Shared Views - preferences and permissions based data sharing
  5. Reports - multiple features offering data visualizations saving time and resources

Outcomes

The goal of this series is to connect the dots between GSatTrack and businesses looking to leverage telematics solutions to meet their clients' needs. As stated before, this model is a win, win, win. GSE wins by building long lasting business partnerships, our partners win by implementing quick solutions without having to custom engineer them, and their clients win by having their needs met through a combined solution. Combined arms is a term coined by the military to describe successful integration and deployment of multiple branches of service or unit types. In the telematics industry, a combined B2B solutions approach has proven to be very effective and beneficial for all parties involved. Key stakeholders lean on each other's strengths building affordable and reliable telematics solutions their clients can depend on for years and decades to come.
